I had been to innovative Film city last weekend. No idea why it is named a Film city but a nice theme park to hang out on the weekends. A trip with family/ friends is a must for people searching for new places to hang out on weekends.

Though it is a little costly affair [ 700 + food + extra ticket for haunted mansion ], a visit will make u feel satisfied for what you have spent. It is just 7kms away from the famous water park wonderla. Opens at 10:30 AM in the morning and open till 7PM in the night. They have plans to open it 24hrs from this year end.

We will be greeted with a huge old European sculptures at the entrance, but it seems everything is made of rubber and they have plans to change the theme of the entire park every now and then.

You pass through the shopping high street [ as of now only bata has a stall, pantaloon retail chain has more coming up in due course of time it seems] and reach the innovative talkies. Don't mistake that to the innovative multiplex in the Outer ring road. It is a replica of one of the oldest theaters in the old times when ppl used to sit on the floor and wooden benches with aluminium roof tops. You need to pay 10bucks to watch a movie clip of your choice for 15 mins.

• Aqua Kingdom: They have set up an artificial beach over there..and a stage on the top of the wave pool for the corporate events and the DJ's to keep up the enthu while swimming...

• Cartoon City : Place for kids..Many games for the kids..chess on the floor..tattoo's, caricatures in 10 mins..and a lot of play area with all the major cartoon characters enchanting you

• Go-Karting[Velocity]: This is the only place where you can see long queues, people waiting for their turn eagerly. There are two types of cars the traditional karting cars and the family cars which are no more than a toy car which can take two people...designed for kids and women who are afraid of racing. I took the sports car , though it was only 3 laps the speeding up was amazing . I could feel how difficult it is to make a sharp turn in a high speed. This was one of the best things u can go there for.

• Mini-Golf: I guess many of you might have played mini-clip game golf. The golf court there is an exact replica of the same with some 8 holes for each player. 10 mins of practice time and you get 3 trails for each hole. I shot none :(

• Mirror Maze : This is from Ripley's enchanted . This is also one of the best you must watch in. I don't wanna express anything here. You should feel it...Might take only 5 mins inside but i am sure you will be lost.

• Ripley's Believe it or Not: I didn't like this very much..Most of the items displayed are photo graphs or dupes of the originals. No point going there to watch the dupes and the replica's

• Dinosaur World: The set is very nice but all the dinosaur structures are very artificial. Only one big dinosaur which is some 25 feet looks a better one. The ambiance inside is good and reflects a forest kind of atmosphere with water falls and plenty of trees.

• Roller skater : From there you can normally proceed to any of the attractions based on your interest and the map, we were guided by one of the staff members as we went with a VIP pass. Next stop is at the Roller Stake where u get the complete kit to skate on the skate board by paying 50 bucks.

• Wax Museum: None of the wax images are good...you just go there since it is in the package...not worth watching.

• Fun Plex : The gaming station where you get cards and need to swipe every time you wanna play something.

• Fossil World: There are very few fossils and the remaining ones are also replica's. No point watching them..you might not take more than a few minutes to come out.

• Wild Wild West: Cowboy time sets where film shootings also takes place it seems. There is a shooting spot where you can give a try to hit the bottles.

• Miniature City: This is under construction and there is a small airport and train station as of now..and all the miniatures don't even look like the real ones..

• Haunted Mansion: Scary house concept. Only 3 rooms are ready as of now. It seems it will ready with 13 rooms to make it the most scary house in India by end of this year. You should go and feel it..not scary as of now..

• The Grub Hub: (MacDonald's Coming soon) Only Pizza corner is worth mentioning..All others are local brands with reasonable prices..

Caribbean Bay is a water park inside the Everland resort which is
owned by the samsung group.This is in a valley surrounded by lush
green mountains.This is very well built as if the entire park is in
the form of a fort.There are many artificial lakes inside the fort.

Lazy River:Just sleep on the tube and a small current will take you
around the lake in loops.There are artificial caves as well through
which the journey goes on.I took some 3 trips. The water is only 1m
deep.

Indoor Wave Pool :The temperature of the water is maintained here
depending on the outside weather conditions.Korea has very hot summers
and cold winters. So the water in this pool is maintined
accordingly.There are artificial waves and when the waves are stopped
they start generating ripples.Had a good time trying to swim in the
pool

Spa :This is the best of all. Water is maintained at 40 degree. The
ambiance is great.It looks as if the mountain is cut and a pool is
made out of it.There are 3 different pool.The first one has still
water at 40 degree. I felt like
sleeping.The second one has water pumps where we keep our feet when we
sit inside that.The third one has water pumps placed at several places
where the entire body gets a massage

Seasonal Sauna :The temperature maintained here is 45 degrees. I was
not able to sit for more than 2 mins. The steam is generated by
heating the water with charcoal which we can find inside the room

Wet Sauna :This is again one of the best things i have ever been to,
in Korea.This sauna has all the spices that we [ Indians] use in the
food. The room is maintained at 85 to 95 degrees C [ yes C not F ]Even
here i was not able to spend more than 2 mins.You cant get enough
oxygen to breathe. I tried to stop breathing that steam but the smell
these spices emit will force to breathe. The smell is that good.

Wave Pool :This is similar to the wave pools that we find in INDIA.
Waves are generated periodically. But the temperature of the water is
not maintained here.

Adventure Pool:Except one part of it ..everything else is like a kids
playing area.There is huge skull which is filled with water and
periodically dumps all the water on the people standing there

Bathe Pool :This is similar to the spa which is in the fourth floor.
But the temperature is not maintained here. There are very good
massage systems which we can operate with the push buttons.Just sleep
in the bath tub inside the pool and push the button for a massage with
water.

Food :Only three varieties of burgers were available.
Pork , Beef and Shrimp[ Sea Food]Chicken burger is not available.So i
ate Shrimp Burger and Squids[ this is also a sea food..looks like
French fries]
I saw people eating octopus :)

What is that i was doing for the past one year.? What did i learn ? How useful is it for others/community/the world ?
Just to look back in to what i did the previos year and to help out the developers, i describe the Short Messaging Service [ sweet messaging service--as most people call it ] .
This will help everyone to know what happens when you get a message and what are different kinds of messages and what are the capabilites of SMS. [ Ofcourse it's not just sending 160 characters of text..its much more than that in real]

So here goes the first Class.
Class ? Yeah its about the class.

All the sms we get are classified into 5 different calsses

Class 0 : Flash Message. This will not be saved anywhere. It will be flashed on to the idle screen.This is what we get normally after a call regarding billing details from the Operator. This is also an SMS.

Class 1: To be stored in Phone Memory

Class 2: To be saved in sim memory. If sim memory is not available user is informed that sim memory is not available and a new message is waiting in the Message Center to be save in to the sim

Class 3: To be stored in Phone Memory.

Class None : Normally the default class. Implemented according the manufacturer and Operators requirement.
